1. Support the company in growing our business in Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Refineries, EPCs, Consultant and Contractors. Work with customers to specify our products and win customer orders. 2. Provide support to customers including technical & application advice, product recommendations, resolve customers’ complaints and issues in a professional manner. 3. Achieve sales targets for a specific territory by developing a proactive plan for key existing and new customers and applications. This includes follow up of leads, proactive cold-calling sales visits, demonstration and training, proposal and product specification. 4. Visit and contact customers regularly, to develop a deep understanding of the customer’s needs and build strong rapport with key players. 5. Work with a cross functional team and factory product specialists to determine specific products and design proposal to customers. 6. Provide product training and workshops to key accounts.
